Lisa Hart

Owner, BC-HIS, Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist

Lisa Hart is a Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Dispenser in the state of Wisconsin. She has successfully helped thousands of people over the years to hear better. She has resided with her Husband in Waukesha County for the past 12 years and has raised two wonderful sons.

Dedicated to helping her patients live a higher quality of life, Lisa provides the best hearing solutions based on the needs of her patients. She is passionate about providing the hard of hearing and their families with a greater ability to manage their hearing loss. She started Hart Hearing Care Centers five years ago to offer patients the very best in service, pricing and care.

Winner of numerous prestigious awards, including Top Choice in Hearing Care 4 years in a row, Lisa’s commitment to excellent patient care is evident with each and every patient. She provides screenings, full hearing evaluations, aural rehabilitation and has an expansive knowledge of both conventional and digital hearing instruments.

Lisa Hart’s knowledge in communication disorders has helped a wide range of patients over the years. Expertly trained in the new wireless connectivity technology, she has a distinctive approach to demonstrating how today’s modern hearing devices connect directly to her patient’s cell phones, home phones, televisions and connect link microphones.

Howard Mack

Owner, Vice President of Business Operations

Howard Mack is acting Vice President of Business Operations and the other Owner of Hart Hearing Care Centers, Inc. He originally went to school for Communications and has also been the successful owner/operator of a commercial insurance agency for the past 47 years. He has been on many boards and associations, over the years and was acting President of Better Investing. He resides in Waukesha County with his wife, Lisa Hart. He is an avid Chicago Sports Fan.

Armona Nadler-Strick, AuD

Dr. Armona Nadler-Strick is a native of Chicago, IL. She received her Bachelor's degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences and her Masters degree in Audiology from Indiana University, Bloomington. She earned her Doctorate in Audiology from Central Michigan University in 2008. Dr. Nadler-Strick has over 25 years of experience as a clinical audiologist.

After obtaining her Clinical Doctoral Degree in Audiology, Dr. Nadler-Strick worked in a variety of clinical environments, including ENT and private practices. She also worked at the North Chicago Veterans Administration Medical Center for nine years.

Dr. Nadler-Strick is committed to balancing patients lifestyle needs with their emotional connection to hearing loss by thoroughly evaluating hearing and dispensing the most appropriate amplification. She is focused on educating each patient and family to understand specific hearing abilities, clarify realistic expectations, and provide satisfying outcomes. Dr. Nadler-Strick is dedicated to guiding people successfully through the process of better hearing with compassion and sensitivity.

Dr. Nadler-Strick currently lives in Fox Point, WI, with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys music, dance, and quality time with her family.

Kelsey Oppor, BS-HIS

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Kelsey began working and training at Hart Hearing Care Centers shortly after graduating from East Carolina University with her Bachelors of Science in speech and hearing sciences. She completed an apprenticeship with Hart Hearing Care Centers and obtained her License as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Kelsey continues to grow as a provider and never misses an opportunity to gain knowledge she can use in her day to day practice and pass along to her patients.

Kelsey not only works in the office, but also travels to many assisted livings in the area to help provide care and share knowledge about hearing health. She enjoys being able to help patients daily with their hearing difficulties. Like the other providers at Hart Hearing Care Centers she prides herself on getting to the root of her patients struggles to help them hear to the best of their ability.

Chelsea Lallemont, BS-HIS

Chelsea started working in the healthcare field in 2015. She previously worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant where she developed a strong sense of patient care and compassion. She continued with this work while studying for her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. A few months after graduating in May of 2017 she started working in the hearing health world at Hart Hearing Care Centers.

Chelsea loves being involved in helping patients as a Hearing Instrument Specialist where she can enhance the lives of people through hearing health. Chelsea is part of the Assisted Living Program, enabling her to test, program and dispense hearing instruments to the more than 30 Communities we are involved with.

Gina Shaw, PCC

Gina Shaw has been at Hart Hearing Care Centers since November 2019 as a Patient Care Coordinator. She enjoys connecting with and helping patients to accommodate their hearing health, and provide high quality care services. Gina has studied in the Human Resources field, and has 18 years of customer service experience along with 6 years in the health care industry. Her years of experience with the community has made her very effective in any customer/patient related position. Gina has lived in Southeastern Wisconsin her entire life. When not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her son Abram, family, friends, and pets.

Erica Condon, PCC

Erica is your familiar face in our Lake Geneva location. She brings to Hart Hearing over 13 years of experience and knowledge in the medical world as a Certified Nursing Assistant and ICU Technician. Erica has a passion for helping people live their best lives and she displays that at Hart Hearing daily.

Currently Erica is working as a Patient Care Coordinator in Lake Geneva. Soon, Erica will begin training to become a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist. She is delighted for the opportunity to serve Walworth county’s hearing needs, promote hearing health and battle the stigma behind hearing aids.
