Owner, B.C. HIS
Lisa Hart is a Board-Certified Hearing Instrument Dispenser in the state of Wisconsin. She has successfully helped thousands of people over the years to hear better. She has resided with her Husband in Waukesha County for the past 12 years and has raised two wonderful sons.
Dedicated to helping her patients live a higher quality of life, Lisa provides the best hearing solutions based on the needs of her patients. She is passionate about providing the hard of hearing and their families with a greater ability to manage their hearing loss. She started Hart Hearing Care Centers five years ago to offer patients the very best in service, pricing and care.
Winner of numerous prestigious awards, including Top Choice in Hearing Care 4 years in a row, Lisa’s commitment to excellent patient care is evident with each and every patient. She provides screenings, full hearing evaluations, aural rehabilitation and has an expansive knowledge of both conventional and digital hearing instruments.
Lisa Hart’s knowledge in communication disorders has helped a wide range of patients over the years. Expertly trained in the new wireless connectivity technology, she has a distinctive approach to demonstrating how today’s modern hearing devices connect directly to her patient’s cell phones, home phones, televisions and connect link microphones.
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Chelsea started working in the healthcare field in 2015. She previously worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant where she developed a strong sense of patient care and compassion. She continued with this work while studying for her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. A few months after graduating in May of 2017 she started working in the hearing health world at Hart Hearing Care Centers.
Chelsea loves being involved in helping patients as a Hearing Instrument Specialist where she can enhance the lives of people through hearing health. Chelsea is part of the Assisted Living Program, enabling her to test, program and dispense hearing instruments to the more than 30 Communities we are involved with.

Hearing Instrument Specialist
Kelsey began working and training at Hart Hearing Care Centers shortly after graduating from East Carolina University with her Bachelor of Science in speech and hearing sciences. She completed an apprenticeship with Hart Hearing Care Centers and obtained her License as a Hearing Instrument Specialist. Kelsey continues to grow as a provider and never misses an opportunity to gain knowledge she can use in her day to day practice and pass along to her patients.
Kelsey not only works in the office but is part of the Assisted Living Program that travels to many Assisted Living Communities in the area to help provide care and share knowledge about hearing health. She enjoys being able to help patients daily with their hearing difficulties. Like the other providers at Hart Hearing Care Centers, she prides herself on getting to the root of her patients struggles to help them hear to the best of their ability.
Patient Care Coordinator
Hailey started working in the healthcare field in 2017. She came to Hart Hearing Cares Centers following her graduation from the University of Iowa in December 2018. At Iowa, Hailey earned her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in speech and hearing sciences, which sparked her enthusiasm for caring for individuals with hearing loss.
As she begins training to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist, Hailey is involved in caring for our patients as a Patient Care Coordinator.
